AI, software
& automation

We build AI workflows, business applications and client portals. We connect existing tools and replace fragile spreadsheets with systems your team can operate.

What we build.

A project can combine AI, application development and integration. We choose the combination around your users, the systems you have and the work they need to complete.

AI that reads requests and uses your tools.

We build agents that read requests, retrieve approved information and use connected tools. You set access, usage limits and approvals. Staff can inspect runs, resolve exceptions and take over.

Delivery includes tool connections, evaluation cases, review screens and usage tracking.

AI workflows and agents

Bring the handovers into one application.

An order can start in email, continue in a spreadsheet and wait for a stock check in another tool. Your team has to find the latest record and chase each handover.

We connect the records, checks and approvals in one workflow. Staff can see what completed, what needs correction and who should act next. We adapt the design to your process and existing systems.

Re: order O-218

The order is confirmed. Can we send it out?

Stock and approval are tracked elsewhere.
Still to do

Check the order.
Confirm the stock.
Request approval.

The team keeps the order, stock check and approval in separate places.

A property website and business management platform.

For Cristina Morais’s property business, we are building and improving a public website connected to a custom business platform. The work brings the customer journey and the team’s operating tools together around shared records.

We continue developing the platform as the business adds requirements.

Execution

0 / 3 actions

An agent can interpret the message, retrieve permitted information and prepare a response. The application enforces access and action limits.

Ready when you are.

Set the permissions, then run the request to see the result.

We connect agents to defined tools and keep permissions, calculations and required checks in the application. You choose which actions need approval. Before release, we test representative tasks and examine quality, exceptions and model usage.

Delivery, handover and ongoing support.

You review the application as it develops. We plan the handover and operation alongside the build.

Agree the scope and acceptance criteria.

We map the people, information and systems involved. Your team helps us choose representative work, including incomplete requests and exceptions. We agree the deliverables, access requirements and acceptance criteria before implementation.

An agreed brief and acceptance plan

Review working software.

We build the user journeys and connections, then review working versions with you. Testing covers ordinary tasks, permissions, incorrect information and interrupted connections. For AI workflows, we also assess output quality, review effort and model usage.

A working release tested against agreed examples

Prepare the handover and support.

Before release, we agree the accounts, access, source-code arrangements and operating guidance. Your team knows how to handle an exception and obtain support. Ongoing development can follow as the business identifies further requirements.

Can we keep our existing tools?

We review your current applications, available interfaces and export options before proposing a connection. Microsoft tools, spreadsheets and specialist systems can remain part of the solution where they provide the access the workflow needs. The scope identifies any supplier dependency.

How do we agree the scope and cost?

We start with the users, representative work and intended result. The proposal sets out deliverables, dependencies and review points. We separate development work from hosting, provider usage and support, so you can assess the operating cost alongside the build.

Who operates the system after launch?

We agree accounts, access, operating guidance and support with you. Your team needs a way to handle exceptions and request changes. Ongoing support can cover defects, provider changes and further development, with coverage and response expectations set in the support arrangement.
